Regarding Authentic Sales
1. Introduction
At our loft, we place the utmost importance on bloodline integrity, breeding background, and acquisition history. We present only those birds for which we can take full responsibility as authentic individuals.
In recent years, sales listings have been observed — both domestically and internationally — that employ our loft's lineage names, bloodline designations, or language intended to suggest an association with our establishment.
However, the mere inclusion of a name, whether in writing or in verbal description, does not constitute proof that a bird holds any official relationship with our loft.
In order that prospective purchasers and those seeking to acquire birds may make informed decisions with confidence, we have established the following policy regarding authentic sales and bloodline verification.
2. Conditions for Recognition as an Authentic Bird
Birds recognised by our loft as being of genuine provenance must satisfy all of the following conditions.
(1) Birds transferred or sold directly by Nin Hideo, or through officially authorised channels
Only birds transferred directly by our loft, or introduced through sales channels and representatives explicitly authorised by our loft, shall be treated as authentic individuals.
(2) Birds for which all information necessary for provenance verification is available
Authentic verification requires, in principle, the following documentation:

Ring number

Pedigree certificate or equivalent records

Breeder information

Racing pigeon ownership certificate

Transfer history or acquisition route

Confirmation by our loft where necessary
Furthermore, the consistency between ring number and year of birth constitutes a fundamental point of verification in establishing provenance. For instance, should a bird purported to be born in 2026 bear a ring from 1993, this would be considered highly irregular from the perspective of standard breeding and management practice, and careful scrutiny would be required before any recognition of authenticity could be given.
(3) Birds whose authenticity our loft is able to confirm
Even where the above documentation is provided, should there be any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or unverifiable elements within the information presented, our loft reserves the right to withhold recognition of authenticity. In particular, birds exhibiting clear discrepancies between ring information and stated year of birth — commonly referred to as birds bearing old rings — shall not have their authenticity recognised on the basis of name or description alone.
3. Cases Excluded from Authentic Recognition
Our loft cannot guarantee authentic provenance or bloodline legitimacy in the following circumstances:

Birds offered for sale solely on the basis of expressions such as "our loft's lineage," "our loft's line," or "direct import from Japan"

Cases where verification information such as ring numbers, pedigree certificates, racing pigeon ownership certificates, or transfer routes is insufficient

Birds circulating between third parties without involvement of our loft, for which provenance cannot be confirmed

Cases where the nature and extent of any relationship with, or approval from, our loft has not been confirmed by us

Birds independently bred and sold by third parties — including overseas — for which our loft has not conducted provenance verification

Cases where there is cause for doubt regarding the consistency between ring number and year of birth

Cases where the use of an old ring is suspected
Even where the name of our loft, our bloodline designations, the names of our representative birds, or details of our acquisition background are displayed, this alone shall not constitute recognition of authenticity on our part.
4. Verification Prior to Purchase
With regard to any bird represented as being of our loft's provenance or related to our bloodlines, we strongly request that you contact our official channels for confirmation prior to making any purchase.
When making an enquiry, please provide the following information to the extent possible:

Image of the pedigree certificate

Image of the racing pigeon ownership certificate

Image of the sales listing or sales information

Seller's name

Description of the transfer route
We will review the information provided and respond within the scope of what our loft is able to confirm. Please note, however, that in cases involving third-party distribution, dated transfer histories, or insufficient documentation, we may be unable to provide confirmation.
5. Our Sales Policy
At our loft, we do not simply allow names and lineage designations to circulate freely. We place the highest importance on which bird, through which channel, and under which principles it was bred and transferred.
Accordingly, authentic birds from our loft are evaluated not merely as individuals, but as entities that carry with them background information, transfer accountability, and the capacity for verification.
In keeping with this policy, our loft shall not provide facile guarantees of authenticity for birds circulating outside of official channels.
6. Disclaimer
Our loft provides no guarantee of bloodline, performance, authenticity, or the accuracy of any sales representation with respect to transactions conducted between third parties without our direct involvement, overseas sales, re-transferred birds, or birds for which verification documentation is insufficient.
Furthermore, sales representations, advertising expressions, introductory texts, and descriptive content produced by third parties do not represent the official position of our loft unless expressly approved by us in advance.
