Hideo Nin
Born in Osaka in 1934.
Started keeping pigeons in 1956. Succeeded in introducing many of the most outstanding foreign pigeons of each era. He made full use of this famous pedigree to achieve remarkable results. In 1987, he received the world's best pigeon '019' from the Janssen brothers. His negotiating style has been called "unprecedented" and his ideas are said to be generally original and grandiose. In recent years, he has been collaborating with contemporary artists and training young pigeon racers.
He is a member of the Japan Pigeon Racing Association Hall of Fame, and was awarded the All Japan Excellent Pigeon Show Gold Prize in 1969 and 1970. He is a former vice-president of the Kinki Region Pigeon Racing Federation and former president of the Naniwa Federation.
At present, Hideo Nin’s pigeon loft preserves four pedigrees: Janssen, Auto winnaar, Gordon and Opel. These pigeons are undoubtedly the "best" pedigrees I have seen over the years. To this day, many pigeon lovers have left this world, and I consider it my mission to preserve the pedigrees that are the fruit of their many years of hard work.
